You'll also understand that delivering fantastic customer service is the key to delivering sales to the ever changing requirements of growers and consumers.
Job Description
- Manage and develop close business relationships with a defined customer base to achieve targeted sales.
- Coordinate product trials and deliver trial feedback to client and customers
- Develop an understanding of internal structures and relationships of customers and their external interactions, in particular with processors, advisors and retailers.
- Coordinate the expertise within The Company to raise the profile of its products and services
- Present informed contribution to internal meetings and discussions as required.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Attend trade shows and other marketing events as required.
- Undertake other appropriate duties as may be required and which may be out of hours.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain account plans
- Organize Seed trials and trial evaluations
- Provide feedback from trials into the organization
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Manage contacts for open days and promotions
- Develop excellent knowledge of The Company practices and products
