MorePeople are delighted to announce that their class leading Leadership and Development Programme has recently been accredited by one of the UK's leading Land Based Universities - The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.
Subject to final validation delegates who successfully complete the programme will be eligible to receive a 'Graduate Certificate in Leadership' awarded by the RAC.
Those of you that know us well will recognise that we are passionate about what we do and are always on the lookout for ways in which we can bring 'More' to the relationships we build with all of our clients. Over the last 6 years our training business, MorePerformance, has successfully delivered our existing Leadership Programme to over 100 of the brightest individuals within the UK's fresh food and horticultural industries and four years ago the programme was endorsed by the UK's largest multiple retailer, Tesco Plc. With the endorsement from Tesco and the favourable feedback we've had from clients over the years we've always been sure of the commercial 'real world' value of ourprogramme and now accreditation from the RAC gives formal recognition to the key learning values that underpin it. On successful completion of the Graduate Certificate delegates will now gain up to 60 'credits' that can be used to build onto future graduate or post graduate studies.
Accreditation of the programme has been carried out under the auspices of the REEDNet Scheme, a programme led in partnership by both the RAC and Harper Adams University College. This is a project designed to support work based training and staff development in the rural economy so this means the award is open to people working in any 'rural' enterprise.
Commenting on this development MorePeople director Guy Moreton says, "Accreditation of our Leadership Programme by the RAC is a ringing endorsement of all the hard work put in by Jan Khan and the MorePerformance team over the last 6 years. We are delighted to be one of the first external partners that the RAC has accredited in this way and it's fantastic that the via the REEDNet scheme we have been officially recognised as delivering university level teaching on our leadership programme."
The next fully accredited programme starts in January and runs over 12 sessions up until July 2011.
